title: Interzoid Batch Data Enrichment API
summary: Enrich up to 100 JSON records per call, or entire CSV and TSV files, with AI-powered data in 16 languages.
description: |
Enrich up to 100 records per call, sent as JSON, or entire CSV and TSV files, with
real-time, AI-powered data appended to every record. One API gives access to 39
enrichment functions: company profiles, parent companies, executives, industry and
SIC codes, competitors, buying signals, website tech stacks, ESG and government
contract profiles, email trust scores, phone and IP profiles, building and property
data, sales tax, VAT, per diem, and customs duty rates, name, city, state, and
country standardization, address parsing, translation, and custom fields you define
at request time. Records are processed in parallel.
Two ways to send records:
1. JSON (recommended for agents and applications). POST up to 100 records to
`/enrich` as a JSON array of objects, plain values, or row arrays, or as
`{"records": [...]}`, with a 1 MB body limit. Objects come back in order with
the function's output fields appended after their own fields.
2. File. GET `/enrich` with `connection` set to the public URL of a CSV or TSV file.
Up to 5,000 records with an API key, or up to 100 with x402. Results stream back
as CSV or TSV with the output fields appended as new columns.
Choose the function with the `function` parameter. `GET /functions` returns every
function's inputs with example values, output fields, price per record, and language
support, free and without a key.
Mapping records to inputs. Each function has one or more named inputs, usually
`lookup`. For JSON objects, a field named after an input is used automatically
(case-insensitive), single-field objects map automatically for single-input
functions, and otherwise `_field` names the field, for example
`lookup_field=company`. For files and row arrays, `_column` gives the 1-based
column. `_value` supplies one fixed value for every record. All other fields
pass through unchanged. An output field whose name already exists on a record is
written as `_enriched`.
Languages. Add `language` to receive enriched values in one of 16 languages:
fr (French, Français), de (German, Deutsch), it (Italian, Italiano), es (Spanish,
Español), ja (Japanese, 日本語), pt (Portuguese, Português), zh (Mandarin, 中文), ar
(Arabic, العربية), nl (Dutch, Nederlands), el (Greek, ελληνικά), tr (Turkish,
Türkçe), ko (Korean, 한국어), sv (Swedish, Svenska), vi (Vietnamese, Tiếng Việt), th
(Thai, ภาษาไทย), id (Indonesian, Bahasa Indonesia).
The value may be the two-letter code, the English name, or the native name, and is
not case-sensitive. It is accepted by:
building-profile, business-info, business-info-domain, business-info-name,
buying-signals, company-verification, competitor-analysis, custom,
customs-duty-rates, email-trust-score, esg-profile, eu-vat-rates, executive-profile,
facilities-profile, gov-contracts, industry-codes, ip-profile, irs-per-diem-rates,
muni-issuer-profile, parent-company, phone-profile, private-company-deal-intel,
property-history, sales-use-tax-rates, sic-codes, stock-analysis, tech-stack,
university-info, x-handle.
An unsupported language, or a function that does not take one, returns English and
is never an error. The price is the same in every language, output field names do
not change, and the `X-Enrich-Language` response header reports the language
applied.
Pricing is per record, by function. Total cost = price per record x number of
records:
- $0.01 per record ($1.00 per 100 records, 1 credit): standardization, translation, parsing, and classification.
- $0.05 per record ($5.00 per 100 records, 5 credits): X handle lookup.
- $0.10 per record ($10.00 per 100 records, 10 credits): business name and domain lookup.
- $0.25 per record ($25.00 per 100 records, 25 credits): business, contact, property, and financial intelligence, plus custom data.
- $0.35 per record ($35.00 per 100 records, 35 credits): customs duty rates.
Two payment paths are supported:
1. API key. Pass an Interzoid API key as the `apikey` query parameter or as the
`x-api-key` request header. Each record draws the function's credits from the
account balance, and the balance is checked against the whole job before it
starts.
2. x402. Send the request with no credentials and the service replies with
402 Payment Required and the exact price for the records sent, in USDC on Base.
Sign the payment authorization and repeat the same request, with the same body,
adding the PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header. The quote is free, and the settlement
receipt returns in the PAYMENT-RESPONSE header. See the `x-x402` extension
objects in this document and the manifest at `/.well-known/x402`.
Failed lookups leave empty output fields and are counted in `ErrorCount`. After 20
failed lookups the job stops with a `Code` of Failed. Error responses (400 and 500)
carry a plain-text message that says exactly what to change.

Prefer POST /enrich with JSON objects. Choose the least expensive function whose
output fields answer the question. Call without a key to get a free x402 quote
before paying.

Send up to 100 records in the request body and receive each one back with the
function's output fields appended. JSON in, JSON out by default; set `filetype`
to csv or tsv to receive delimited text instead.
All records in a call must have the same shape: all objects, or all plain values
or row arrays. Objects keep their own fields and field order. Plain values and
row arrays come back as `Input` and `Output` pairs.
Cost is the function's price per record times the number of records. Calling
this operation with no credentials returns 402 Payment Required with the exact
price for the records sent. An invalid API key or an insufficient balance returns
400 with a plain-text message.
# Non-standard extension. Mirrors the 402 Payment Required challenge the live
# service returned for 5 records sent to org-standard ($0.01 per record). The
# amount in a real challenge is computed per request: records x the function's
# price per record, in USDC atomic units (6 decimals).
